（一）Order Policy

1.Sample order (Qty=3PCS or Above): Buyer bears Sample fee and Freight

2. Trial Order: Buyer bears the Unit price and Freight

3.Bulk Order: Buyer bears the Unit price and Freight

（二）Payment Methods

1.Cash

2..TT in Advance,30% deposit,70 balance before delivery

3. LC Irrevocable at sight. The total Amount should be over USD50,000 per order

(三) Lead Time of Delivery

1.Sample Order (within 10pcs) <= 4 days upon payment receipt

2.The Actual Lead Time for formal  order will be affected by particular Model, Quantity and Payment receipt.Tipcolor will offer the normal lead time for 8 days upon the payment receipt

(四) Shipping/Freight Term

 1.Small order are normally  Shipped by AIR

 2.Big Orders are normally shipped by SEA

 3.Buyer’s assigned Forwarder is highly recommended

4. FOB and Ex works Guangzhou

(五) Product Warranty

1.Inkjet products are warranted for one year from date of Purchase

2.Tipcolor laser toner are warranted for two year from date of purchase.For the detailed Warranty Term, Please contact us.

(六) Return Policy

1.All product returns must be previewed by Tipcolor

2.To receive the authorization,a Request for Return Authorization Form must be completed, Contact us for detail, Returns shipment will not be accepted without filling the forms

3.Tipcolor will either replace the goods or keep the balance for your next order

(七)  Products Damaged in Transit
 

1.All shipments become the property of the Carrier Company during shipment until signed for by the recipient. Claims for damages while product is in transit are to be settled between the consignee and the carrier. If noted at time of delivery, it must be documented on the receiving paper work or bill of lading

2.Take several digital pictures if possible.

3.Tipcolor will not be responsible if damaged freight is not reported within 2 days of receipt or the next business day
